Bobby G. Bowling, 68, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo . He was born February 16, 1947 to the late George Washington Bowling and the late Lorean Capps Bowling in Itawamba County. He received his Master’s Degree from Mississippi State University in 1971 and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He enjoyed working on projects in his shop and spending time with his grandson. He loved his family and will always be cherished by them as a devoted husband, loving father, and adoring papaw.
Surviors include his wife, Rebecca Bowling, daughter, Elizabeth (Matt) Haney of West Point, 2 Grandsons, Cade McMillen, Gage Haney, Granddaughter, Mattie Haney, and 1 Sister, Sue Hughes of Fulton.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Billy Bowling.
