LAUDERDALE COUNTY-The Lauderdale County Forensic Team along with the Alabama Forensic Lab from Huntsville are on scene processing evidence of an early morning shooting that took place on Friday, September 11 that has left one dead and one in critical condition.
According to sources in the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office there is a third victim who has been taken to ECM Hospital. The third victim’s condition is not known. Authorities believe this shooting is connected to the one on County Road 87 and this is an isolated incident.
The deceased is still inside the residence and there is no word on the victim who was air-lifted to Huntsville Hospital. Names of the deceased and the injured victim have not been released.
Investigation is on going.
