Cornelia “Connie” Johnson Black, 71, died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015, at Lawrence Medical Center, Moulton.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Black (Patricia), Russellville, Alabama; stepdaughter, Jennifer Lynn Rendon (Ceasar) and their three children, Illinois; granddaughter, AnnaGrace Renae Black, Russellville, Alabama; sister, Brenda Stewart, Hatton, Alabama; niece, Debbie Stewart, Hatton, Alabama; nephew, Donnie Stewart, Hatton, Alabama; great-nephews, Nathan Bradford, Dylan Bradford, both of Hatton, Alabama; great-niece, Tonya Stewart, Hatton, Alabama.
Family and friends will be pallbearers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Wayne Black, father, Glenn Forster Johnson, mother, Opal Lee Davenport Johnson, brother, Ronald Glenn Johnson.
Connie was a member of God Cares For You Worship Center.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with Brother Wayne Black (Connie’s son) officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery.
