MORGAN COUNTY-On Tuesday, September 1 the Morgan County Drug Task Force arrested two suspects for receving marijuana through the U.S. Mail. Here is the Statement regarding the arrests from the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office:
“On Tuesday, September 1, 2015, that the Morgan County Drug Task Force had received information that a package containing Marijuana was being delivered through the Postal Service. Agents intercepted (w/m 45) Horace Stevenson Sills III and (w/f 23) in the parking lot of Crestwood Shopping Center in Hartselle, picking up a package which contained three pounds of high grade marijuana. Both subjects were arrested, charged with Trafficking Marijuana and transported to the Morgan County Jail. Bond set at $10,000.00 each.”
