Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Hester Nix, 85, will be Friday, August 21, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Hartselle Memory Gardens with Rev. Carl Maynard officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, August 21, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Nix died on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at her daughter’s residence. She was born June 18, 1930, in Morgan County to Hezzie Jackson and Jossie Hill Jackson Jordan. She was a production worker for Roth Rubber in Chicago, Illinois until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband: Haywood Nix, a son: Wayne Rasberry and her parents.
