Arrangements for Mr. Joe F. “Frank” Bigham, of Decatur, who died Saturday, August 15, 2015, at his residence, will be announced by Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home (755 Yell Road, Lewisburg, TN 37091, 931-359-2521), with interment in Short Cemetery (3452 Spring Place Road, Lewisburg, TN).
Mr. Bigham was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Ann (Coon) Bigham.
He is survived by two stepdaughters, Terrie Clifton (Joe) of Decatur, AL, and Erica Cohen (Brad) of Missouri; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
