Walter Bailey Barbour, age 83, Spruce Pine, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 02, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be at Phil Campbell City Cemetery, with military honors.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Barbour.
