Three Arrested Charged With Narcotic Trafficking

Here is the statement concerning the arrests from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office:

“On July 20, 2015, Investigators with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested several people in connection with a large-scale narcotic trafficking investigation. Investigators arrested the following people in connection with this investigation:

Marcus Mcbride for Obstructing Justice using a false identity, Receiving Stolen Property 2nd, and Narcotics Trafficking, Mr. Mcbride is currently in jail with a bond of 1,003,500.00
Kele Rucker for Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Mr. Rucker was released from jail on a $500.00 bond
Patrick Johnson for Narcotics Trafficking and Mr. Johnson is currently in jail with a $1,000,000.00 bond

Investigators believe that Mr. Johnson and Mr. Mcbride were trafficking oxycodone from Detroit Michigan to the Metro area of Huntsville with the intent to distribute them. Mr. Johnson and Mr. Mcbride were caught in possession of 553 Oxycodone Pills, a large amount of cash, and Mr. Mcbride also had a stolen handgun in his possession.

All of the arrests were based on Probable Cause and he is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.”
