18 Year-Old Dies In Single-Car Accident

traffic fatality featuredHUNTSVILLE-A single-car wreck claimed the life of an 18-year-old Saturday,July 18th.

The State Trooper’s Post said that 18-year-old Trevor Ivon Starbuck was killed when the truck he was traveling in left the roadway and hit a tree.

According authorities  at 5:20 pm, a 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck left the roadway on Alabama 99, just four miles north of Salem, and struck a tree. Troopers said that Starbuck was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jerry H. Tomlin, 66, the driver of the pickup was not injured.

State Troopers are continuing to investigate.
