Sallie Hollis, age 89 of Sulligent, AL passed away Sunday evening in North Mississippi Medical Center in Hamilton, AL. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. from Otts funeral Home Chapel with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Evangelist Micah Red will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 P.M.
Sallie was born May 25, 1926 in Lamar County, Alabama to the late Ervin and Lucille Gunter Hackman. She lived in Sacramento, California for several years. Sallie enjoyed cooking, quilting, fishing and working with flowers. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Guin, AL.
