James Hitchens Ford was born on September 24, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Mr. Ford served his country in the United States Navy and Airforce. He served in the Vietnam War. Mr. Ford lived in Australia, Japan, Thialand, England, Colorado and also in Covington, Tennessee. He worked for Harris Corporation and retired from Gruman Aerospace Corporation. Mr. Ford enjoyed fishing, remote control airplane racing, flea markets and craft shows. He produced handmade crafts for craft shows.
Mr. Ford departed this life on July 5, 2015 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 67 years, 9 months and 11 days.
He is survived by his life partner, Norma Jean Combs of Savannah, Tennessee.
