Dorothy “Dot” Weems Logan, age 83, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2015, at Russellville Hospital.
The visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, June 25, 2015, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at noon in the chapel with Brother Charlie Britnell officiating. Burial will be at Tharptown Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memory son, Ronnie Logan; grandchildren, Amanda Logan and Russell Logan; sister, Lola King; special nieces, Linda Saint, Vicky Brown, Gloria Webb and Genelle Jackson; as well as several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband, O.C. Logan, infant daughter, Donna Gail Logan, parents, J.B. and Lula Weems, siblings, Willie Robinson, Nellie Myrick, Lonnie Weems, Johnny Weems, Rebecca Brown, and Mary Catherine Weems, and special brother and sister-in-law, J.R. & Carrie Byrd.
