Samantha Jean Rossell
DECATUR-On June 18, the parents of (19) year old Samantha Jean Rossell contacted Decatur Police and reported her missing.
Rossell is about 5’05” 130 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Samantha’s last known location was in Southwest Decatur.
Rossell is considered to be endangered, due to information received from her family.
The Decatur Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Rossell.
