Robert Gary McKellar passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015, at age 58. Bobby was retired from Goodyear after 27 years of service. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee McKellar, and his brother, Ronnie McKellar.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Barbara McKellar; mother, Donna June McKellar, of Hazel Green; daughters, Amberly Marie McKellar, of Decatur, and Melissa Kay McKellar, of South Carolina; sister, Saundra Lee Terry, of Hartselle; brothers, Mike McKellar, of Tennessee, and Reginald McKellar, of Hazel Green: and grandson, Prestin Lee Dodgen.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 12, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel, with Sarah Higgins officiating. A time of gathering with the family will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Grande Hall Cemetery.
