MADISON COUNTY-Madison County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested three people on Wednesday, May 6th on drug charges. It is believed these individuals were selling drugs to high school aged children. Here is what the Sheriff’s Office has to say:
“Sheriff Blake Dorning announced today that Investigators with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant earlier today at a residence on Brooks Church Road, in Hazel Green Alabama. Investigators seized a variety of different illicit narcotics at the residence to include, Marijuana, Xanax, and Oxycodone. Investigators arrested three people in connection to this incident: Jerry Foster age 47 was charges with two counts of a possession of a Controlled Substance and one Count of Possession of Marijuana 1st, Cynthia Foster 37 was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Possession of Marijuana 1st, and Jessica Johnson 32 was charged with Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Investigators believe that narcotics were being sold to High School aged students in the area from this residence.
Arrests were made based on Probable Cause and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
