Brenda Faye Oaks, 72, of Counce, Tennessee, died Monday, May 4, 2015, at Hardin County Medical Center in Savannah, TN. She was born in Corinth, MS on October 28, 1942 to the late Lonnie and Katheen Knight Lambert. She was a retired factory worker at Intex Plastics. She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 8 PM on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 and from 11 AM until service time on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Center Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Center Hill Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Keith Driskell. Interment will follow in Center Hill Cemetery. Magnolia Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. Survivors include her husband of 42 years: Mack Oaks of Counce, TN; her sons: Joey Edmondson and wife Melissa of Michie, TN and Greg Edmondson and wife Trinette of Shiloh, TN; her grandchildren: Courtney Wagner, Jordan Mullins and husband Paul, Hayden Edmondson and Hayley William and husband Ethan; her brothers: Garland Lambert of Peoria, IL and Melford Lambert of Peoria, IL; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
