Clara S. Brunetto, 85, of Waynesboro, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
She was born in Greenbrier County, West Virginia on August 3, 1929, daughter of the late Frank and Della Mae Smith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph C. Brunetto.
Her late husband was transferred from the Schenectady, New York General Electric Plant to the new Waynesboro, Virginia GE Plant, where he met Clara, and it was love at first sight.
Surviving are sons, Joseph R. Brunetto and Tony Brunetto; daughter, Roxanne Brunetto Dotterer; 5 grandchildren, Toni Dotterer, Courtney Dotterer, Corey Brunetto, Kristen Brunetto, Palmer Brunetto, and Paxton Brunetto; brother, Albert Smith and wife Shirley; sisters, Mary Anne Willis and Margie Tucker.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, by Father Rolo Castillo. Burial will follow at Augusta Memorial Park.
