Mr. Jason Westenskow, age 35, of Humboldt, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Humboldt Medical Center. Memorial Services are incomplete.
He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Doug Westenskow and Suzanne G. Mann.
Jason was preceded in death by his father and grandfathers.
He is survived by his wife, Maranda Westenskow; mother, Suzanne Mann; sister, Sarah Mann; grandmothers, Gladys Westenskow and Ardell Gillispie.
