Larry Wayne Grissom, age 73 of Lewisburg, died Friday, April 17, 2015 in NHC Merihil Healthcare.
Mr. Grissom was a native of Marshall County, and he was the son of the Late Leonard Van Grissom and Mary Jones Grissom McDaniel. He worked at Walker Die Casting and was a member of the Church of Christ. He enjoyed horses, hunting, and playing the guitar with friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Van Jones Grissom. He is survived by his two children, Lisa (Keith) Burgess of Lewisburg and Jeff Grissom of Nashville, two grandchildren, Patrick and Ben Burgess both of Lewisburg, three sisters, Thelma (Doug) Frugoli of Pocatello, Idaho, Jean Howard of Petersburg, and Jane Tucker of Fairview, TN, and brother, William Grissom of Petersburg.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. by Larry Hastings from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Short cemetery.
The family will be at the funeral home for visitation on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday until the funeral hour.
