Mr. Henry Wayne Gilley
Mr. Gilley, 65, of Guntersville passed away Sunday at Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham. He was a US Air Force Veteran of Vietnam where served as crew chief C-130 troop transport planes. He graduated from Marshall County High School in 1968. Mr. Gilley was a member of the Guntersville Recreation Board where he was very active as a Dixie little league coach. He won the Alabama Recreation and Park Association 2006 volunteer award He was an avid supporter of Guntersville High School athletics and Auburn football. He was preceded in death by his wife Lois King Gilley; parents-William Lee Gilley and Inez Smallwood Gilley and brother- Danny Lynn Gilley.
He is survived by his son Bill Gilley(Samantha); brothers- Robert Lee Gilley(Laura) and Andy Gilley(Penny); sister- Glenda Davis(Drennon); granddaughter- Edyn; brother-n-law- Billy King and sister-n-law- Sandra King Blankenship.
