Thomas Leon Garland, age 68, of Leoma, TN passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015 at his residence in Leoma, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN. Retired from Murray Ohio and a member of American Legion Post 146, Loretto, TN as well as the Lawrence County Classic Car Club. Mr. Garland served his country honorably in the Army National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Laverne Williams Garland.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, March 30, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 31, 2015, with Chad Clanton officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN with full military honors.
