Ethel May Wallace, 91 of Huntsville, Alabama died on Thursday, March 5, 2015, at Millennium Nursing Home.
Born Friday, February 8, 1924 in Clarks Hill, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Dessie Smelcer and the late Annie Cooksey Smelcer. She was a dynamite cook, a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, a great friend; graciuos and a masterpiece of humanity. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother: Joseph Henry Smelcer, and sister: Mary Bell Cooper.
Surviving are daughters, Sherry Baughn of Avon, Indiana, Mary Vereen of Brownsboro, AL, and Terry (Lynn) Mims of Toney, AL, sister, Anna Jean Kemper of Lafayette, IN, four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
