Patsy Dale Newton age 61, of Florence, died Saturday, February 21, 2015. Visitation will be Monday, February 23rd from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Spry~Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will be Tuesday, February 24th at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Brother Don Williams officiating. Burial will be at North Carolina Cemetery. She was a former employee with Ryan’s Resturant. Preceding her in death were her mom and dad, Cleo (Copper) and Millinea (Monkey) Cox; brother, Jimmy Cox; father-in-law, Harold Newton. Survivors are her husband, Douglas Newton; son, Chris James (Trisha); Step-son, Douglas A. Newton; grandchildren, Alexus Tiggs, Hannah and Kaley James, Austin and Hayley Newton; brother, Jeff Cox (Felicia); mother-in-law, Evelyn Newton.
