William Lawrence “Bill” Gray Sr. went home to be with the Lord Saturday, January 24, 2015. The Celebration of Life will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the family receiving friends one hour before services at Shelton Funeral Home, with Rev. Roger Jenkins officiating.
Bill, age 90, was a native of Kentucky, a proud veteran of World War II, retired from ATT/Bell South, and an active member of First Baptist Church for over 40 years.
Survivors include one son, William L. “Bill” Gray Jr., wife Martha, of Marietta, GA; one grandson, William L. “Will” Gray III, of Marietta, GA; and one sister, Irene McGee, of Kentucky.
