Luckie A. Dotson, 65, of Florence, passed away Jan. 24, 2015. He was a retired truck driver, of the Baptist faith, and a longtime member of the Moose Lodge.
Survivors include his lifetime companion, Mona Harden; sons, Max Ryan Dotson and wife, Ashley Haygood Dotson, David Allen Dotson and wife, Amy Dotson; grandchildren, Rylynn Kate Dotson and Karlee Grace Liverett; mother of his sons, Sheila Phillips.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Dotson and Rhoda Stockton, and brother, James “Jimmy” Dotson.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 27, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funerla home, with Brother Brian McIntyre officiating. Burial will be in Piney Grove Cemetery.
