Charles Howard Wheeler, 83, died Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Dogwood Plantation Assisted Living in Fulton.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Friday, January 23, at the funeral home.
