Annie Ruth Batts Swoopes, 72, of Decatur died January 19, 2015 at Genesis River City Care and Rehabilitation Center. There will be a memorial service for her Saturday January 24th. at 1:00 at Newcomb St. Church of Christ. Burial will follow in Decatur City Cemetery.
