J.E. Perkins, 52, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Greater Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, Lawrenceburg. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Mount Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, Nashville, with burial in Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Nashville. He was bishop at Greater Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church.
