Decatur Police Respond To A Suspicious Person Call…Two Arrested On Burglary Charges

decatur 1DECATUR-Decatur Police responded to a suspicious person call …two were arrested.  Here is how the Decatur Police describe the event:

“On January 2nd, 2015 at 7:58am Officers of the Decatur Police Patrol Division responded to a suspicious person call located at 1209 Plaza Street SE Decatur, Alabama. Upon arrival, Officers observed the back door to the residence was open. Officers located two white males inside the residence collecting decatur 2items. The males were identified as Blake Henry Hokett and Stephen Lynn Woodall JR. After further investigation, it was determined that both Woodall and Hokett did not have permission to be in the residence and that the victim did not know either suspects.
Both Woodall and Hokett were charged with 1 count of Burglary in the 3rd Degree. They were both booked into the Decatur City Jail and was later transported to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond”
