Rosa Lenos Anderson, age 94 of Huntsville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday. She was a sainted lady who loved life. She loved flowers and especially roses. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her life. She always said she was prepared to leave this life, but she just did not want to leave her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her youngest daughter Janice Sewell.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Joyce Ream (Glenn), Jean Sanderson of Madison County, AL, and Peggy Southard of Tunnel Hill, GA, son, Kenneth Anderson and wife, Savannah Lamb Anderson, 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers: Ronnie Ashby, Dale Anderson, Stan Anderson, Derrick Anderson, Brandon Anderson, and James Southard, and honorary pallbearers, Joel and Kevin Southard.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Spry Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends, Saturday from 11am until 2:30pm. A service will follow in Spry’s Chapel at 2:30pm with Pastor Cory Gaught officiating. Interment will follow at Rice Cemetery.
