Mr. Orvil M. Guinn, age 81, passed away Tuesday, December 2nd, 2014, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas.
Visitation, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., December 6th, 2014, at the Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Alabama. Graveside funeral service, 2:30 p.m., December 6th, at Dempsey Cemetery, Russellville, Franklin County, Alabama.
He is survived by 4 children, Marlyon (Joseph) Garmback, Brook Park, OH., Marinda Guinn, Newport News, VA., Dinah White, West Fork, AR., and Ronnie Guinn, Brook Park, OH.; 2 brothers, Gillie Guinn, Russellville, AL., and Foy Guinn, Hodges, AL.; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Minor Matthew Guinn and Fronie Nancy Petree Guinn; 1 grandson, Spc. Joseph M. Garmback Jr., KIA Iraq, July 8th, 2004; and 3 brothers, Troy Guinn, Voil “Bud” Guinn and O. C. Guinn.
