James “J.C” Cleveland Proctor, 80, died Nov. 23, 2014. Visitation will be today from noon-2 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton. The service will follow at the funeral home, with burial in Moulton Memory Garden. J.C. was the husband of Geneva Odean Bradford Proctor.
