OI2079101419_willinghamphotoFuneral for Debra Jean Reed Willingham, 52 of Town Creek will be noon, Thursday, November 20, 2014 at St. James C.P. Church in America with Pastor Michael Jones officiating. Inhumation will follow in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Town Creek. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral. Public viewing will be Tuesday from 3-7 and Wednesday from 10-7 at Reynolds Funeral Home.

Debra Jean Reed Willingham was born January 14, 1962 to the late John Henry Reed Sr. and Mattie Trotter Reed in Decatur, AL. She answered her Master’s call into eternal rest on November 15, 2014 in Decatur, AL.

She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age. She later attended St. James C.P. Church in America. She attended Calhoun Community College where she received certifications in Cosmetology and Upholstery.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Carl Willingham Sr; son, Kendrick Willingham; parents, John Henry Reed Sr. and Mattie Trotter Reed; two sisters, Henrietta Reed and Betty Ann Reed; brothers, Hubbard Reed and John Henry Reed Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory: a devoted and loving daughter, Jacinta Reed; her precious granddaughter, Jeanna Reed who she woke up every morning saying “Good morning sunshine” both of Decatur; other children, Teresa Willingham of Decatur, Valerie (Ron) Reed, Cassandra (John) Morris all of Muscle Shoals, Kimberly Woods of Town Creek, Carl (Regina) Willingham Jr. of Decatur, Bryant (Jamonica) Willingham of Marietta, GA; three sisters, Laura Lyle, Fannie Sue Reed and Sarah McClendon all of Decatur; three sisters-in-law, Margaret Lipscomb, Sharon Willingham both of Town Creek and Bertha Stover of St. Louis, MO; three brothers-in-law, Charles Garner, Sam Willingham both of Town Creek and Ennis Willingham of Muscle Shoals; 11 grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Flower Bearers will be nieces and friends.

Pallbearers will be Family and friends.
