Mary Eckl Strothman, 71, of Atlanta, Georgia, died Nov. 15, 2014. She was a native of Florence, Alabama, and daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis A Eckl. Mr. Eckl was editor of the TimesDaily until his death in 1970. Mrs. Strothman attended Coffee High School. She moved to Atlanta in 1985.
She is survived by her two brothers, Chrisotpher E Eckl, of Reston, Virginia, and W. Wray Eckl, of Atlanta Georgia. Graveside services were held at St. Michael’s Church Cemetery Tuesday, Nov. 18, in St. Florian, Alabama.
