Trudie Rebecca Rose Raney, 100, of Moulton, formerly of Rogersville, died Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014, at her son’s residence. She was born August 14, 1914, to Marcus Dee Rose and Lou Vena Dabbs Rose in Athens, Alabama.
Visitation will be Thursday from noon-2 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow immediately in the chapel with Alex Bayes and Denny Bowling officiating. Burial will be in Civitan Cemetery.
Ms. Raney is survived by her sons, Dennis L. Raney, of Moulton, and Clifton L. (Betty) Rose, of Ohio; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
Rogersville Funeral Home is assisting the Raney family.
