Mrs. Raedean Tanner Berryman, age 86 of Cherokee, passed away on November 13th, 2014. Her visitation will be Saturday, November 15th, 2014, 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tony Datuin officiating. Interment will be in Harris Chapel Cemetery.
Raedean was the owner and operator of Cherokee Florist for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cherokee. Raedean’s home was always a welcoming place for friends and family. She loved others and was always giving of herself.
Raedean was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur H. Berryman; daughter, Becky Wadkins; parents, James and Lillian Tanner; brother, Howard Tanner; and sisters, Virginia Morgan and Ann Donaldson.
She is survived by her son, Royce Berryman; daughter, Beverly Bodkin; sister, Barbara Kasmeier; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Gentiva Hospice, Minnie Shaw, Sheila Manley, Mary Jo Corsbie and many kind and devoted friends.
Edwin Kasmeier, Andy Albright, David Donaldson, Mike Hellums, Barry Tanner, Ronnie Askew, Dwight Reid, and Dale Smith will serve as pallbearers.
