Irvin Leroy Kiser, 83, of Town Creek, Alabama, died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014. He worked in the cast house at Reynolds Alloy. He served in the Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his son, Steve Kiser (Suzy), Town Creek, Alabama; sister, Mary Posey (Aaron), Oak Grove, Alabama; stepgrandchildren, Charlie Wells and Amy Wells; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by wife, Eloise Horton Kiser, father, Robert Kiser, mother, Ida Isbell Kiser, daughters, Leslie Ann Kiser and Bonita Kay Kiser, brothers, Jesse Kiser, Robert Clinton Kiser, and Arnold Kiser, and sisters, Lucille Pool, Opal McGregor, and Margaret Fleming.
He was a member of Mt. Zion No. 1 Baptist Church. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014, at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton, Alabama. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014, at Lawrence Funeral Home, with interment in Fergason Cemetery. Brother Josh Horton and Brother Kenneth Bond are officiating. Pallbearers will be Darryl Fleming, Barry Pool, Barry Wayne Pool, Jeff Kiser, Cain Fleming, and Bart Fleming.
