Graveside services for Velma Lee Ragsdale Twilley, 80, of Cullman, will be at 1 p.m., Thursday, October 23rd at New Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery, with Rev. Robin Key officiating. Mrs. Twilley will lie in state from 12-1 at the church.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Twilley passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at her residence.
Survivors include two daughters, Rowena Duncan and Hilda K. Campbell; a brother, Junior C. Ragsdale; four grandchildren, Hillman Richard Duncan, Cristina Jones Duncan, John Austin Duncan and Sharon Campbell Easterwood; seven great-grandchildren, Will Duncan, Teslia Nichols, Payton Jones, Kalista Duncan, Skyler Easterwood, Hunter Easterwood, and Sierra Easterwood; two great-great grandchildren, Jayden Brooks and Brantley Nichols; and a host of family and friends.
