Jack Harvey Landers, Jr., 60, Russellville, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2014 surrounded by his family.

Jack served his country with pride in the U.S. Air Force. He was a retired train engineer with Norfolk Southern.

The visitation will be from 1:00 – 3 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel with military honors. Officiating will be Bro. James McCullar. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances McCain Landers; and mother, Frieda Landers.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Matt Harvey Landers, Amanda Lier (husband, Zack), Jack Landers, III (wife, Cheryl), Elizabeth MacInnis (husband, Jeremy); grandchildren, Jackie Landers, John Thomas Landers, Christian MacInnis, Lauren MacInnis, Ryland Lier; father, Jack Landers, Sr. (wife, Doris); brother, Ray Landers; sister, Kay Landers Barnett; and several nieces & nephews.

The pallbearers will be Jim Ellison, Steve Anderson, Tim Wagnon, Damion Caperton, Jeff Mayfield, and Ty Thompson.

Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
