Elizabeth “Sis” Bailey, age 92, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Appleton, TN, homemaker, and a member of Eastside Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Fanny Hendrix Oliver; her husband, Jack Bailey; one sister, Maryetta Oliver; and three brothers, J. L. Oliver, Larrymoore Oliver, and James Windell Oliver.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, October 12, 2014, with Norman Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Old Ethridge Cemetery in Ethridge, TN.
