Chris D McCollum, 46, passed away Friday, October 10, 2014, as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born August 2, 1968 to the late Jimmy Wayne McCollum and the late Dorothy Mae Robinson McCollum in Tupelo. He was a truck driver for Ashley Furniture for the past 13 years. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He enjoyed his job of driving a truck, and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his Wife, Tammy McCollum of Mantachie, five Sons, Walker McCollum of Faulkner, Patrick Wilbanks of Faulkner, Jade Garrett of Dorsey, Ben Garrett of Dorsey, Ross Simpson of Dorsey, two Daughters, Kristian McCollum of Booneville, Victoria Simpson of Dorsey, two Grandsons, Jason Robinson of Booneville, Jaxon Robinson of Booneville, Granddaughter, Lexi Robinson of Booneville, two Brothers, Wayne (Lisa) McCollum of Red Bay, AL, Ray (Nancy) McCollum of Fulton, two Sisters, Cindy (Dwight) Johnson of Fulton, Nita Spencer of Fulton.
He was preceded in death by His Parents, Niece, Shane West, brother-in-law, Chris Spencer.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Ashley Truck Drivers.
