Darryl Lee Clemmons, age 47, of Florence, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2014. Visitation will be today from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Mt. Zion Church of Christ. The service will be Saturday, Oct. 11, at 1 p.m. at the church with Brother Jack Flowers and John Flowers officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Pallbearers are Tony Clemmons, Bobby Harrell, Jeff Warren, and Aaron, Bruce, and Greg Clemmons.
He was a member of Mt. Zion Church of Christ and was an electrician.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Kelsie and Claudia Clemmons, brothers, Edward Louis, Terry Ronald, and Gordon Kyle Clemmons, sister-in-law, Shelia Clemmons; and niece, Kenya Clemmons.
Survivors are his son, Tony Clemmons (Heather); and granddaughter, Morgan Gibbs; a very special granddaughter, Ava Clemmons; sister, Wanda Black (John); brothers, Aaron Clemmons (Judy), Harold Bruce Clemmons (Dortha), and Greg Clemmons; and sister-in-law, Laura Clemmons.
