Gene Ornell Hallmark, age 78, of Leighton, died Sunday, September 28, 2014.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 12-2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia.
His funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Greg Beasley officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery.
Mr. Hallmark was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church and was a veteran.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Betty Ann Flannigan Hallmark, parents A. Pride and Letha Hallmark, sister, Jeanette Gasque, and brother, Grady Hallmark.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Betty Hester Hallmark; daughters, Valerie Hall (John), Jenny Pennington (James), sister, Grace Flannigan; grandsons, John, Andy and Isaac Hall, Luke and Nicholas Pennington and great grandchild, Cassidy Hall.
Pallbearers are grandsons and nephews John Gasque, Mark Flannigan, Barry Flannigan.
