Sheila Rowden Tilley Kimmons, 56, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014. Visitation will be today at 10 a.m. -1 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, Tennessee. Services will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee. She was the mother of Michael Tilley.
