Funeral Services for Christine Calvert, 90, of Crane Hill will be at 7:00pm Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Livingston Chapel United Methodist Church, Rev. Ron Collett and Brandon Harbison officiating, with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Calvert passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at her residence. She was born March 13, 1924 to parents George and Roxie Burrow.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, D.A. ‘Poodle’ Calvert; three brothers, Woodrow, Ernest, and Lanson Burrow; two sisters, Clessie Calvert and Stella Mauldin.
Survivors include her daughter, Evelyn (Charles) Easterwood; two sons, Dennis (Doris) Calvert, Ray (Barbara) Calvert; eight grandchildren, Lisa (Darren) Allen, Lynn (Tony) Muggeo, Libby Crider, Chad (Wendi) Calvert, Mitzi Cochran, Christy (Rusty) Turner, Stephanie (Brett) Crider, Todd (Angela) Calvert; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; two sisters, Joanna Waldrep, Doris Short; sister-in-law, Vessie Burrow; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be at Livingston Chapel United Methodist Church Thursday evening, September 18th, from 5pm – 7pm.
