Royce Earl Kelley, 74, died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014. Visitation will be 1-2:45 p.m. Sunday at Spry Funeral Home, Athens. The service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Roselawn Cemetery.
