Maurice S. Henderson, 97, of Madison, passed away Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014.
Mrs. Henderson was the oldest member of All Nations Church, formally Hillsboro Heights Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Henderson, son, David Earl Henderson, daughter, Mary Adeline, and a grandson, William Carroll “Sonny” Henderson.
Survivors include daughers, Martha Sharp (Frank) and Jeanne Smith (Horace); son, Billy Henderson (Barbara); daughter in law, Jan Henderson; brother, Edwin Strange (Nancy); sisters, Frances Balch, Kathryn Hamner (Jim), and Shirley Meacham (Ken); eight grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at All Nations Church. The funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 noon with Dr. Larry Inman officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
