Police Standoff is over… Evans talks to the media – VIDEO

MUSCLE SHOALS – Police Chief Robert Evans held an impromptu media conference near the site where, this afternoon. He was reporting to the community about the  dozens of police officers from local and State agencies who had surrounded the apartment where a man shot his sister, and then exchanged rifle fire with them. The suspect was found dead when police made a forced entry into the dwelling.

The Alabama Bureau of Investigation is investigating.
