Timothy Bryan Standfield
FLORENCE-The Bank Independent on Cox Creek Parkway was robbed on Saturday, August 9th the Florence Police arrested one man with this robbery as well as another robbery that took place on Thursday, July 3rd. Timothy Bryan Standfield, 39, 238 Fox Den Road, Killen, was taken into custody just before 3:30 p.m. .Here is what the Florence Police have to say regarding theses events: “Timothy Bryan Standfield, 39, of Killen has been arrested and charged with 3 counts of Robbery 1st. He is charged in today’s robbery of Bank Independent on Cox Creek Parkway as well as the July 3rd Robbery of First Metro Bank on Cloverdale Rd and the March 22nd Robbery of Bank Independent on Darby Drive. Standfield was developed as a suspect in this case by investigators with the Florence Police Department and Agents with the State of Alabama Major Crimes Unit. Standfield was taken into custody without incident by Florence Police Chief Ron Tyler with the assistance of Sgt. Craig Blasingame and K9 Officers Zach Maxwell and Wes Gargis.”
