FLORENCE-The 33rd Annual W.C. Handy Music Festival kicks off today and runs through Sunday, July 27 throughout the Shoals. The forecast shows a rainy few days ahead, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this year’s Festival. There are plenty of indoor events to keep you entertained and dry.
